Warranty Policy - For Topward Test Instruments
Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment, when operated within specifications. This warranty applies only to end-user/purchaser of the equipment.
To obtain warranty
repair, customer must follow instructions as listed below:
1. Obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) by calling factory
at 408-719-8868 x10. Or email us at rma@spencetek.com.
2. Ship defective equipment intact to the factory prepaid. Ship to:
SpenceTek, Inc.
795 Ames Ave.
Milpitas, CA 95035
Attn: RMA Dept.
3. Documentation must include:
a. Your name, address, and phone number.
b. Name of Distributor the unit was purchased from.
c. Model and serial numbers.
d. Brief description of problems.
Repairs will be made free of charge, and the repaired unit will be returned to the customer via UPS surface at SpenceTek's expense.
Warranty on Repaired Unit
Repairs performed at SpenceTek, Inc. Technicians are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment.
Non-Warranty Repair
If a unit is out of warranty, you may send the unit back for repair. The minimum repair cost is $65 and the maximum is $175 including parts and labor. We will evaluate the unit first before repairing; there is no evaluation fee. However, should you decide to have the unit sent back to you without having our Technician repair the instrument, it will be your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs for sending the unit back to you.
