Product Engineer - DRAM

Responsibilities:

Provide VIS-A representation in VISC.
Keep VIS-A up-to-date on yield analysis information memory products in the line.
Understand the technology issues.
Represent VIS-A in all technology and manufacturing update meetings.
Keep VIS-A up-to-date with all technology modification and proposed design rule changes.
Work with test engineering and all other organizations in Taiwan and VIS-A to drive VIS-A's memory products (RDRAM) into production.
Keep track of packaging issues, schedules, etc...
Be willing to do what it takes to get VIS-A's products into production and help ensure quality.
Drive development hardware and schedules.
Drive mask making at DNP, TSMC, or TMC for all VIS-A designs.

Requirements:

BSEE/CE Degree required, MS Degree a plus. Experience with hardware characterization integrated circuit design experience or understanding. Hardware debug experience. Knowledge of Silicon manufacturing process. Knowledge of packaging process. Willing to work 75% of time in Vanguard-Taiwan and 25% at VIS-A in the United States.
