For Topward Test Instruments Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment, when operated within specifications. This warranty applies only to end-user/purchaser of the equipment. To obtain warranty repair, customer must follow
instructions as listed below:

Repairs will be made free of charge, and the repaired unit will be returned to the customer via UPS surface at SpenceTek's expense. Warranty on Repaired Unit Repairs performed at SpenceTek are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment. Non-Warranty Repair If a unit is out of warrant, you may send the unit back for repair. The minimum repair cost is $95 and the maximum is $295 including parts and labor. We will evaluate the unit first before repairing; there is no evaluation fee. However, should you decide to have the unit sent back to you without having our Technician repair the instrument, it will be your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs for sending the unit back to you.
