Job Title: Admin & Executive Secretary

Dept.: General Management

Date Required: Immediately


Summary Job Description:

Will oversee daily office operations including, but not limited to, maintaining supplies & office equipment, assist in mailing (sending and distributing incoming), maintain & operate telephone system (calls into main number) and handle reception desk duties. Will also administer petty cash. Will maintain all employee files, have available for distribution, benefits listings and descriptions and company policies. Will record and distribute meeting minutes for Sr. Staff meetings. Will also arrange travel & lodging for President and company visitors. Will assist President with special projects as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications/Required Skills:

  1. B.A. Degree in Business Administration or suitable combination of training and experience.
  2. Proficiency in using Microsoft windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet access
  3. 5 years experience in Administrative position in a commercial setting
  4. Must posses strong verbal and written English language skills & good organizational skills
  5. Experience in Human Resource Administration a plus
