Job Title: Final Test Technician

Dept.: Operations

Date Required: Immediately

Will perform final assembly and test of capital equipment sputtering systems for CD and DVD. Work will include hookup of facilities (water, air, process gases and power), debug (leak check/repair, electrical troubleshooting) and running of completely assembled tool to qualify functionality and process performance. Will also perform periodic maintenance on in-house facilities when necessary (mechanical pumps, chillers, facilities inlets). Some travel will be required (<15%)

 

1. A.A. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
2. 4 years experience with maintaining/testing/operating sputtering equipment for a capital equipment supplier
3. Must be qualified to work with electrical voltage/power up to 208V AC.
4. Experience with sputtered film measurement tools
5. Experience in storage media market a plus
