Job Title: Senior Engineer

Dept.: Engineering

Date Required: 7/1/00

Will focus on system engineering with attention to details that affect system performance, cost and reliability. Will be involved in overseeing engineering projects from concept to manufacturing release. Will be primarily concentrated on new product design, but will assist in continuous improvement as needed. General areas of assignment will include vacuum systems, automation, heating / cooling, and mechanical packaging. Travel will be required (<10%).

 

1. B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
2. 10 years total engineering experience including:
3. 5 years experience with system engineering of capital equipment
4. 2 years experience with vacuum systems
5. Experience with Pro/E a plus
6. Experience with designing or operating sputtering equipment or high vacuum deposition equipment
7. Experience in optical storage media a plus
